As the Name suggests its a perfect seasonal blend of prawns and raw mango which makes it exquisite regional delicacy and nature diet..My Mother Mrs Priya Samant has got everything that makes the dish stunningly delectable..right from organic produces that grow in our own farm, traditional methods, volcanic water from our own well and lot of love and passion that is put in while making it..You can still try it in your own house even if you can not cook on chulla or use volcanic water..

Hello Prathmesh,
Thanks for connecting through your blog. I also hope that you all are safe. We stayed with you about 2 years ago and still miss your food and hospitality (friends still talk about it). Hopefully, we will visit Maachli again soon.
