Its a quarantine time and everyone is thinking of coming up with nice creative ideas of cooking. Prawns Kairi Masala.
As the Name suggests its a perfect seasonal blend of prawns and raw mango which makes it exquisite regional delicacy and nature diet..My Mother Mrs Priya Samant has got everything that makes the dish stunningly delectable..right from organic produces that grow in our own farm, traditional methods, volcanic water from our own well and lot of love and passion that is put in while making it..You can still try it in your own house even if you can not cook on chulla or use volcanic water..
Requesting all the Vegetarians not to dishearten as many other things are yet to come which would include vegetarian delicacies too.
