- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
Rates and Charges

- Rates may change without prior notice for future bookings
- Confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price revisions
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Respect the property, staff, and other guests
- Follow safety instructions
- Avoid unlawful, disruptive, or damaging activities
Maachli reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in the event of inappropriate conduct.
Liability
Maachli shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries resulting from guest negligence, or events beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, remains the property of Maachli unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vengurle, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
